Position : Project Operations Assistant (Lusaka)

Qualifications & Skills

  • First degree in business administration related areas.
  • Knowledge of internet-based collaboration platforms such as Asana, Trello or BaseCamp is a must. Intermediate level competency user skills for MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of using and managing group calendars in outlook and gmail is a plus.

  • Tracking Budget Expenses, Managing Processes, Communication Processes, Reporting Skills.
  • Effectively convey and receive information in a manner appropriate to the target audience (language, vocabulary and style).
  • Ability to meet conflicting deadlines and the ability to juggle multiple activities and conflicting priorities.
