PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Control of all retail business and ensuring that all Sales Representatives have valid contracts and performs accordingly.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruiting. Training and supervising sales staff
Planning and ensuring that sales staff (representatives) in the company is adequately staffed.
Conducting performance evaluations for all sales staff to develop and control sales
Preparation of budgets and motivating staff to meet set targets
Representing the Company at meetings to promote products
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service delivery.
Attending to customer queries and complaints from customers
Ensuring that policy documents are issued to customers
Circulation of weekly and monthly performance reports for sales Agents.
Verbal and written communication skills
Very good interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritise, manage time and work under pressure
Full grade twelve certificate
Degree in Business related Studies
Diploma / degree in insurance
At least five years working experience in insurance
