The campaigns manager guides the campaign-building process from brainstorming and workflow to production and launch. They must develop the most effective way to manage multiple projects within the Marketing department at Fenix Zambia.
They support the Head of Marketing in ensuring 100% adherence to set systems, processes and Brand CI. They may work with an internal team to produce campaign materials as well as liaise with an external agency’s or other marketing communication suppliers.
The Campaigns Manager must appreciate customer segments in order to ensure that at all times and in all campaigns and promotions, Fenix Zambia is targeting the right audience through the right channels / platforms.
This is a Leadership Team Role.
The manage the annual campaign calendar ensuring that all promotions and campaigns align with seasonality.
Breaks down campaign (projects) goals into tasks and manages to inputs in order to meet the set KPIs as well as timelines.
Effectively distributes the tasks to appropriate teams inside or outside the organisations.
Supports the marketing manager in tracking progress on tasks across multiple projects.
Ensure that we have monthly promotions supports monthly goals on Sales, Completions & Upgrades, Repayment and utilisation.
Directly supervise the output of the Creative Designer(s) in order to meet set timelines and goals.
Support the Brand & Comms and Trade marketing Associate in negotiating better rates for Advertising, Media Placements, Roadshows and other events.
Takes part in other promotion and communication activities, including preparation, organising and conducting public events
Works against deadlines defined by Commercial & Products Teams in relation to product launches, events and promotions
Support head of marketing in ensuring that the Campaign meets budget targets for both revenue and expenditure
Skills / qualifications and experience
Qualification in Marketing, Journalism and or a related Business Studies.
Marketing Experience of 2 to 4yrs in related industry
Campaigns or Project Management experience
Excellent Interpersonal communication skills to coordinate the work of internal or external teams working on the campaign
Valid Driver's License
Desired Skills :
Client Services experience in a reputable Advertising Agency
Radio, TV production with interest in Creative Design & Copywriting
Familiarity with Media / Advertising landscape in Zambia
