The candidate should have substantial supervisory experience and be able to support the Sales and Marketing Director and the Sales Team :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Working closely with the Director to drive the sales process and procedures
  • Continuously communicate to the sales team the Firms sales strategy
  • Manage the sales team and provide leadership to them
  • To be able to travel locally and internationally freely on business at short notice
  • Ability to plan and manage company sales events, locally and internationally
  • Qualities of the Individual

  • Highly driven, proactive and self-starter
  • Great networking, and customer service skills
  • Strong and eloquent communicator
  • Has a good understanding of significant global matters
  • Abilities to quickly grasp narratives and issues surrounding visiting countries
  • Able to work without direct supervision and deliver within tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to manage several projects concurrently
  • Must be over 35

  • Present, promote and sell the company and its jewellery to existing and prospective customers at local and international events.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Communicate customer issues with management team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints

  • Plan, monitor, implement and manage Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and ensure the achievement of CSR objectives
  • Recommend partnerships with potential partners.
  • Strong cultural sensitivity and awareness
