Position : HR Coordinator

We are looking for profiles and CVs of HR Coordinators that we will send to our large account customers for their future recruitment needs.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the HR Manager and the HR Director in all functions ;
  • Improve HR policies, processes, and practices ;
  • Facilitate human resources processes ;
  • Assist with the recruitment and interview processes ;
  • Schedule and attend career fairs to generate qualified candidates ;
  • Analyze employee turnover and retention ;
  • Administer and monitor benefits plans.
  • Required profile for job ad : HR Coordinator

  • Master or Bachelor degree in HR management ;
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR related experience ;
  • Able to handle multiple priorities ;
  • Strong organizational skills ;
  • Excellent communication skills.
