We are therefore inviting applications to fill the following vacant position in the Commercial Department in Lusaka.

KEY ACCOUNTS IMAGE REPRESENTATIVE x1

Contract : Permanent

Reporting to the Key Account Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for the following :

  • Ensuring key accounts carry appropriate packs / brands
  • Ensuring pervasive presence of all products (presence in your face!)
  • Ensuring all special needs of key accounts taken care of by weekly or more regular calling, depending on the sensitivity of their needs
  • Developing close rapport with all key accounts by developing and maintaining personal relationships to ensure all issues are dealt with proactively
  • Creating three month rolling promotional plans and ensuring they are executed in coordination with the Sales Manager
  • Ensuring Adhoc plans are developed and executed
  • Ensuring all coolers & draught installations in all key account outlets are in immaculate condition and are being utilised as per ZB guidelines
  • Ensuring all programmes agreed in annual business plans, are implemented according to plan in terms of timing, standards and cost
  • Ensure Visual execution in outlet is upto date and as per standard defined by set agreement
  • The job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements and possess the following attributes :

  • Full Grade 12 certificate with 6 credits.
  • Advanced Diploma and Degree in any business Field
  • A Clean Drivers License
  • 2 years’ experience in Sales and / or Trade Marketing environment ideally in FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Ability to manage budget allocation
  • Excellent verbal & communications skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Strong people skill, trustworthiness and ability to work with diverse people in different roles.
  • Good collaboration skills and ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Very strong self & time management capability, ability to work independently.
  • Sound command of Excel and PowerPoint platforms
  • TRADE MARKETING AND EXECUTION MLE TRADE X1

    Contract : Permanent

    Reporting to the Country Trade Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be accountable for the following :

  • Identifying and optimizing volume growth opportunities in eventing
  • Timely execution with customer expectations met
  • Special events reports (post execution) provided to management
  • Equipment deployed according to supervisors requirements.
  • Inventory / status report of all equipment provided weekly
  • Proceeds deposited and bank slips filed
  • All sale on return debt collected within three days of collection of product
  • Branding executed according to supervisor and event specifications
  • Executing the Zambian Breweries cold strategy as defined Zambia Breweries.
  • Managing cooler and draught maintenance suppliers and asset productivity in trade.
  • Executing Events draught strategy as defined by Zambia Breweries
  • Championing the procurement, deployment, verification and maintenance planning / execution of Coolers and Draught Equipment
  • Responsible for event planning calendar, event look of success and events logistics planning
  • The job is particularly suitable for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements and possess the following attributes :

  • Grade 12 certificate with a minimum of 6 Credits.
  • A University Degree in a business related field
  • A Clean Drivers License
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Sales and / or Trade Marketing environment ideally in FMCG or beverage industry.
  • Strong ability to manage budget allocation

  • Strong analytical skills.
