As our Data Analyst you will be a major link between the Business, Risk and the Technology Department and work in close collaboration with our Holding Data Architect.
Your main tasks are the systematic analysis and visualization of the data generated by the Core Banking System and other external and internal applications supplying data points about our clients.
Among other responsibilities, you will be expected to;
Analyse customer behaviour and derive customer insights from a variety of data sources to inform business and risk strategy
Develop, iterate, and evaluate models for Credit Scorecards
Conduct data analysis to optimize strategic decision-making, fraud detection, product design and operational processes, using provider data, (secondary) survey data, and other sources of data
Identify Key Performance Indicators and develop / improve tools (e.g. dashboard) for business to monitor performance and identify opportunities of business growth.
If you have the following;
Statistical knowledge and analysis (degree in Math, Statistics, IT or Economics)
A passion and a strong interest in keeping up with the latest technology trends
Hands-on experience in business intelligence and analytics projects, preferably in the finance or insurance industry
Excellent skills in MS Excel, SQL and standard data mining methods (e.g. KNIME)
Experience in the analytics presentation layer including Dashboards, Reporting, and OLAP
Proficiency in R or Python are a plus
Practical experience in CRM analytics and credit scoring
